1. Portion your food
After you go shopping, unpack everything and store in containers, and bags. Portion that big bag of chicken wings so when it's time to cook you only have to take out one portion. And remember, there is nothing wrong in having a snack, but don't take the whole bag of biscuits with you in bed, make a habit of taking as much as it fits in a bowl.
2. Never go out on an empty stomach
Before going to the supermarket to stock up, make sure you had something to eat, that way, you won't end buying all the wrong foods that you';ve been craving for.
